Plans & billing

Everything self-serve from Admin → Billing — no sales call required to upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing interval.

The four tiers

  • Spark — free, up to 15 seats.
  • Growth — $4/seat/mo, $99/mo minimum, up to 300 seats.
  • Scale — $7/seat/mo, $299/mo minimum, uncapped seats.
  • Enterprise — custom, invoice billing, uncapped seats.

See the full feature breakdown on the pricing page.

What counts as a billed seat?

Billed seats are members who've actually signed in within the last 90 days — never your full org chart. Mapping your org chart, inviting people, and having them show up as un-signed-in members costs nothing until they actually sign in.

Seat minimums

Growth and Scale both carry a monthly dollar minimum (not just a seat-count minimum) — you're billed at that minimum until your active-seat count would otherwise cost more. It's visible on your Admin → Billing screen at all times, so there's never a surprise on your invoice.

Free trial

Every new organization starts on a free 6-month trial with Scale-level features unlocked, no credit card required. If you never add a payment method, your organization simply falls back to the free Spark tier once the trial ends — nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time.

Switching plans, monthly vs. annual

Upgrade or downgrade between Growth and Scale any time from Admin → Billing — Stripe prorates the change automatically. Annual billing is 18% off the monthly per-seat price, same dollar minimum. Spark and Enterprise aren't self-serve checkout tiers: Spark is free by default, and Enterprise is invoice-billed — email us to set one up.

Billing on iOS

The iOS app offers an App Store purchase path for Growth, sold as three fixed seat-band SKUs (up to 25, 50, or 100 seats) at a flat one-time price. It's a separate, higher price than the web's seat-metered Stripe checkout (the App Store's own cut is priced in) — a convenience for an admin who'd rather not leave the app, not the cheapest path. Scale, annual billing, Enterprise, and any organization past the top 100-seat band aren't sold through the App Store; the app shows a read-only status and a link to manage billing on the web instead.
