Mucho Gusto lets your organization record and share short intro videos, react to and comment on them, and earn points, streaks and collectible cards for getting to know coworkers. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Mucho Gusto is sold to organizations, not to individuals. Your account belongs to your organization's workspace, and your organization's admins can invite and remove members, moderate content, and manage the plan.
You can record a video on our public "try it" page without signing up. That video is processed through the real product pipeline and is deleted within 48 hours unless you sign up and claim it. These terms apply to that use too — including the content rules below.
You own the videos, transcripts, captions, comments, and other content you upload or write. You're responsible for what you record and post and for having the right to share it with your organization. You can delete your own videos at any time. Comments are removed from view when deleted but are retained in our records rather than erased immediately.
Your video transcripts and your comment text run through an automated content check, and reported content goes to your organization's admins. We may remove content that violates our content moderation rules, and an admin may hide or remove content or remove members from your organization's account.
Don't post content that harasses, threatens, or demeans anyone; hateful, sexual, or violent content; or spam. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't upload content you don't have the right to share. You can report a video or block another member from inside the product; blocking hides you from each other in the feed and is never disclosed to the person you blocked.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do. If your organization provisions accounts through its identity provider (SCIM) or a directory sync, your organization controls whether your account exists and stays active.
Gusto points, streaks, badges, booster packs and collectible cards exist only inside Mucho Gusto. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything, and we may change how they are earned or adjust or remove balances — for example to correct an error or in response to abuse of the mechanic.
Your organization's admins can connect Mucho Gusto to Slack, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and an identity provider over SCIM. Those connections are made by your organization, your use of those services stays governed by their own terms, and an admin can disconnect a connection — or revoke the SCIM token — at any time.
New organizations start on a free trial, with no card required; the trial length and remaining days are shown in the admin console. After that, paid plans are billed per activated seat through Stripe. Seat counts and pricing are shown in the admin console before you subscribe; you can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. Billing is organization-wide and admin-only — there is no individual subscription to buy.
An admin can alternatively buy a one-time org upgrade through our iOS app as an App Store in-app purchase. That purchase is processed by Apple under Apple's own terms, we never see your payment details, and refunds for it are handled by Apple rather than by us.
Mucho Gusto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after a change means you accept the updated terms.
